Nourishing Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

Grass-fed Organic Beef

Avocado Oil

Onions

Carrots

Celery

Potatoes

Can of Diced Tomatoes

Beef Broth

Vegetable Broth

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

Prepare Instant Pot and sauté organic grass-fed beef in avocado oil until browned. Next throw in your chopped onion, carrots, and celery and sauté. Mix with your cooked beef. Allow all ingredients to cook for a few minutes. Add in your salt, pepper, and garlic powder at this time.

Next, pour in 32oz of beef broth and 32oz of vegetable broth. Add in one can of organic diced tomatoes and chopped potatoes.

Lock your lid and set to “Pressure Cooker” on your Instant Pot. Set a timer for 30 minutes. Release pressure valve once the 30 minutes has passed. At this time, your soup should be completed. You can additionally season at this time. Your soup is done when the beef is extremely tender and the potatoes are soft. Serve with a dash of olive oil and salt!
